The defining characteristic of the PAM01733 lies in its Brunito finish. This treatment is engineered to evoke the natural patina and weathering developed by metallic diving gear after prolonged exposure in tactical environments. The result is a smooth transition along the edges, where deep black tones shift toward dark grey hues on exposed surfaces.
The anthracite dial features a hand-executed circular rotatonal brushing. This technique creates dynamic micro-patterns that continuously react with ambient light, complementing the warm beige Super-LumiNova on the Arabic numerals, the small seconds subdial at 9 o’clock, and the pencil-style hands.
Case Architecture and Crown Guard Device
Taking inspiration from the historical Reference 6152/1, the 44 mm diameter case provides a commanding wrist presence without feeling overpowering. The signature bridge protector with its locking lever stands out distinctly thanks to the nuanced Brunito steel, shielding a domed sapphire crystal that imparts an unmistakable vintage silhouette.
In-House Calibre P.5000: 8-Day Power Reserve
Through the sapphire crystal case back, the hand-wound mechanical Calibre P.5000 is on full view. Comprising 113 components and 21 jewels, its twin-barrel architecture delivers an impressive 8-day (192-hour) power reserve, true to the «8 Giorni» inscription on the dial.
