Glashütte Original pays tribute to the warmth of the analog era by expanding its Vintage collection with the new «70s» line. Inspired by the retro aesthetics of the 1970s, the Saxon manufacture introduces three models combining curved square cases, hexagonal grid-embossed dials, and the in-house Calibre 36 with a 100-hour power reserve.

Analog Inspiration: Three Versions with Unique Character
The new line is presented in three distinct conceptual executions:
- Vinyl Record (Limited Edition of 500 pieces): Features a silky matte black dial accompanied by solid white gold hands and hour markers. Powered by the in-house Calibre 36-10 with a grey galvanized finish matching the dial.
- Tweed Amp: Inspired by the iconic fabric coating of classic guitar amplifiers, featuring a galvanized brown dial combined with hands and markers in solid 5N red gold.
- Stereo Panel: A nod to 70s hi-fi sound equipment, outfitted with a galvanized silver dial and solid gold markers with black coating.

Compact Proportions and the Quick-Change «Groove Lock» System
The stainless steel case of the «70s» line presents a streamlined profile thanks to dimensions of 39 × 39 mm and a slim thickness of just 9.6 mm. It ensures a water resistance of 10 bar (100 meters) with a screw-down crown.

A key technical highlight is the patented «Groove Lock» system, allowing effortless, tool-free swapping between the stainless steel bracelet and the calfskin-lined rubber straps.

⚙️ In-House Calibre 36 (36-10 / 36-11)
