On the occasion of the WATCH ART™ Grand Exhibition – Milan 2026, Patek Philippe reinterprets one of its most emblematic complications, dressing it in a renewed contemporary spirit. The new Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Ref. 7147G-010 Limited Edition Milano 2026 merges the case and dial architecture of the 6007 family with the rich mechanical calendar tradition of the Genevan manufacture, in an exclusive series limited to just 100 pieces.

Graphic design, Italian green, and carbon pattern
The timepiece is housed in a 38 mm Calatrava case crafted in 18K white gold, featuring fully polished surfaces and balanced proportions (9.72 mm in thickness). The dial stands out with its striking lacquered green hue, paying a subtle tribute to the colors of the Italian flag. At the center of the dial, the surface displays a characteristic carbon-style motif stamped directly onto the lacquer, delivering a bold, graphic, and sporty nuance.

The legibility of the perpetual calendar is resolved through three sub-dials framed by delicate silver-toned outlines: day and 24-hour indication at 9 o’clock, month and leap-year cycle at 3 o’clock, and date combined with moon phases at 6 o’clock. As a tribute to the host country of the exhibition, all calendar indications are printed in Italian. The applied Arabic numerals and baton-style hands in white gold feature white luminescent coating to ensure legibility in low light.

Ultra-thin mechanics: the legendary Caliber 240 Q
Beating beneath the dial is the legendary self-winding Caliber 240 Q, an ultra-thin movement measuring just 3.88 mm in thickness (including the calendar module) and operating at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz). Fitted with an off-center 22K gold mini-rotor, Gyromax® balance, and Spiromax® balance spring in Silinvar®, the movement guarantees a power reserve of between 38 and 48 hours, stamped with the Patek Philippe Seal.
The transparent sapphire crystal case back reveals the movement’s architecture and bears the commemorative inscription “Patek Philippe Milano 2026”. The ensemble is completed by a shiny green alligator leather strap with an 18K white gold pin buckle, featuring contrast stitching ends that subtly replicate the tricolor Italian flag.
