IWC Schaffhausen presents the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Le Petit Prince at Watches and Wonders 2026, Geneva. This chronograph is crafted in white zirconium oxide ceramic and is complemented by a deep blue dial with a sunburst effect and a captivating color gradient. As a reference to Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s famous novel, the titanium case back features an engraving of the Little Prince. This chronograph is powered by the robust and reliable IWC-manufactured caliber 69380, which includes automatic winding and features a 46-hour power reserve.

In Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s popular novel, “The Little Prince”, the young prince leaves his home asteroid, B-612, to explore the universe. During his journey, he visits various planets and meets their inhabitants, learning profound lessons about love, loss, and friendship. IWC Schaffhausen celebrates this timeless story with special edition watches. Their hallmark is the deep blue dial with a sunburst finish, evoking the vastness of space. The Swiss luxury watch manufacturer now presents its first “Le Petit Prince” edition crafted in white ceramic.

It features a 41-millimeter case made of white zirconium oxide ceramic. This advanced material is lighter and harder than steel, scratch-resistant, and has a smooth, velvety surface, making it an excellent choice for wristwatches.

The white ceramic case contrasts beautifully with the deep blue dial, which has a sunburst finish and a distinctive color gradient. The iconic, oversized indices and numerals are printed in white. The subdial hands, as well as the hour and minute hands, are rhodium-plated and filled with Super-LumiNova.

The case measures 41 mm in diameter and 15.5 mm in thickness. The crystal is sapphire with an anti-reflective coating. To improve readability, the titanium case back is adorned with an engraving representing the Little Prince. It is water-resistant up to 10 bar, 100 meters.

This new watch is powered by the IWC-manufactured caliber 69380.
Designed with a focus on performance, reliability, and precision, this mechanical chronograph with a classic column-wheel design allows the user to accurately measure stop times of up to 12 hours. Hours and minutes are displayed on two totalizers at 9 and 12 o’clock. Following IWC’s typical vertical dial layout, the stopped minutes are located directly at 12 o’clock, which improves readability. The movement features a bidirectional winding system that generates a 46-hour power reserve in the mainspring.

Additionally, the watch is equipped with the practical EasX-CHANGE strap-changing system, allowing the white rubber strap to be changed at the touch of a button.
