We have been talking all week about the novelties from many of the houses present at Watches and Wonders 2026. Among these novelties, we have talked about the three presented by the house of A.Lange & Söhne and now I will give you my impressions of these fabulous watches and show you some of the photographs and videos we have taken. The main novelties have been three: the Lange 1 Tourbillon Perpetual Calendar Lumen and two new Saxonia Annual Calendars
A.Lange & Söhne Lange 1 Tourbillon Perpetual Calendar Lumen
First of all, a reminder that all the technical aspects have been covered here: https://www.debajodelreloj.com/a-lange-sohne-lange-1-tourbillon-calendario-perpetuo-lumen/. We had our first contact with this model upon entering the A.Lange & Söhne space, as it is the model to which they have dedicated the traditional scale model that welcomes visitors.

It is a model that, like all models from this house, has every single finish meticulously crafted, down to the smallest element of the watch. Especially the finishes of the caliber, to such an extent that it makes you doubt which side to wear the watch on. It is a model limited to 50 units whose main asset, over other models in its family, is the “Lumen” feature, which ensures high legibility even in low-light situations.
It also features a case made of platinum, in addition to other elements such as the caliber’s rotor.

A.Lange & Söhne Saxonia Annual Calendar
With its new automatic mechanism, its more compact case, and a design as timeless as it is elegant, the new SAXONIA ANNUAL CALENDAR brings an undeniable touch of style. It is available in white gold and rose gold.
The development team at A. Lange & Söhne has also attached great importance to the excellent legibility of the SAXONIA ANNUAL CALENDAR. The most important information (time and date) stands out at first glance. The subdial at 9 o’clock shows the day of the week, while the month is located on the opposite side. The moon, surrounded by the seconds indication at 6 o’clock, makes its way across a star-studded night.
A model that, as soon as you hold it in your hand, stands out for its comfort, high legibility—even with the large amount of information it displays—and its beauty. I found both of them incredibly beautiful, so much so that it is almost impossible for me to decide which one I like best.
